Refund policy
We offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damaged Items or Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can assess the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalised or custom-made items, and hygiene and personal care products such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you are welcome to make a new purchase in a separate transaction.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU regulations, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. As noted above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
